Patches and Service Packs
Lytec 2007: Service Pack 1 is currently in testing and should be released by early April. If you are experiencing any problems with Lytec 2007 that you have not described to us, please let us know what they are so we can add them to the list for this service pack.
Lytec 2006: Service Pack 6 is currently in the final stages of testing, and should be ready in a matter of days. This service pack will allow users to enter NPI numbers in the correct places for use on claim forms.
ERA: If you are experiencing any issues with Electronic Remittance Advice, please call me (Steve) so I can either update your ERA software or put you on a list for an update when one becomes available for your version of Lytec.
GatewayEDI: The NPI-compliant form is nearly ready; we are also in the final stages of testing this update. If you have pre-ordered the form, it should be ready very soon. If you have not ordered a copy of this form yet, please give us a call at 877-450-4029.
