Help Desk News and Updates: May 2006

We recommend all of our Lytec 2006 users to update to Service Pack 4 as soon as possible (see below, previous entries). However, Service Pack 5 is now in testing, and has a new function that may help resolve some speed issues with anyone using the Client-Server version of Lytec. If you are currently experiencing slowness when looking up an appointment, pulling up a patient record, pulling up a bill, etc., and would like to help test this new feature, please let us know. Otherwise, we will post the news here as soon as Service Pack 5 is available to the public. Stay tuned!

Service Pack 4 is now out of the testing phase and available for download here. Please call us for assistance with the update after you have finished downloading it onto your server, or if you need help with the download process.
