Help Desk News and Updates: April 2006

We are in the final testing phase of 2006 SP4. We expect this software update to be released to the public very soon. As always, if you would like to be a "beta test site" for us, let us know and we will discuss how the process works.

This morning we received a beta (testing) version of 2006 SP-4. We will be going over a list of fixes that has been sent to us by Per-Se Technologies, and we will be testing for fixes to problems you, our customers, have reported to us. If you need SP-4 on your system because of an urgent issue caused by SP-3, please call us and tell us you want to be a beta test site for this latest service pack. Otherwise, we will make an announcement here as soon as the final version is released to the public.

We have been informed by Per-Se Technologies that SP-4 will probably be arriving by the end of April. There have been many bug fixes made, and we expect to receive a testing version soon. We will post more specific dates as soon as they are available to us.
