New diagnosis codes available

From an open bill in Lytec, if you click the magnifying glass on the diagnosis code field, and then open Encoder Pro, you will see an option for data updates at the bottom of the screen. Click that button, then click the Update if there are any updates available. This will give you the newest diagnosis codes that have been made available to Lytec. We are also anticipating an update of transaction codes soon, but no date has been released to us. We will keep you posted.

Lytec 2006 Service Pack 2 and Service Pack 3

As of today, the latest service pack available is Service Pack 2 (SP-2). If you are running SP-1 or SP-1.2, you may want to consider updating to SP-2.

However, SP-3 is currently under development, and we are expecting a beta (testing) version of it soon. Once the testing phase is complete, it will be released publicly. If you would like to help test SP-3, please let us know.

Some of the issues that will be addressed by SP-3 include optimization (making the program run faster) and fixes for some of the reports that use the Crystal Reports engine (such as Referring Physician Analysis and Insurance Aging).

If you have any questions about the service packs other than release dates (we simply don't have any), please feel free to contact us by phone. We will make the updates available for download as soon as we have them.
